We are expecting!
Here is an updated shot of me and my growing belly.
Here I am at 25 weeks
Here I am 21ish weeks.
We have been busy running around trying to get holiday shopping out of the way, registering, and picking up new furniture. I did get a job working as a Speech Pathologist in a city close to where we live. Other than preparing ourselves for a new arrival.... not much is new :) I am going to really try to stay up to date with the blog. Look for more posts soon!

Jeez, 3 months have passed!
I was looking a a fellow blogger (Karla) and noticed it had been 3 months since my last posting. Whew, well here come the excuses, except I really don't have that many other than:
1. Our camera is broken
2. I just wrapped up Grad school yee hee
3. I am looking for a job
Like I said, not too many excuses other than it's the summer and I really have had zero motivation to do much.... so here is to 3 months. I know I will be posting sometime in the near future with some news... hopefully related to a j.o.b. :)

Why I have been a slacker....
Where to begin.... well I started my school internship this semester and I have been completely "bogged" down with the workload. I am finding it interesting and I do like it, but there is sooo much planning that I have to do. So the blog was put on the back burner. Have no fear, I am almost done and I will be back in action! :)
Girl's Trip to Florida
This past February, I took a girls trip to Florida with my good friends, Shannon, Sara and Kristen. We had a great time and hopefully we will continue to plan these yearly events to get together. We were roommates in college, our last year and sorority sisters. I used to live in Indianapolis with them and miss them dearly! This was a great trip to catch up on gossip, The Bachelor, and just hang out and relax. Here are some of the pictures from our trip :)
On the boat stalking all of the gorgeous homes along the waterfront.
Kristen displaying her "sea sick wristlets"
Shanni and her mom, hi deb!
Complete tourists, we "rented the limo" here we are causing a ruckus on the "broadwalk"

Not much going on...
There really isn't anything exciting happening around here, which sometimes is a good thing. I haven't posted in awhile, because our camera is on the fritz so I haven't taken it anywhere with us. This past weekend we had a visitor, Justin. He was Ryan's roommate in college. It was great to spend some time with him and catch up. Unfortunately we were in the middle of a huge snow storm but we did the best we could and got out of the house. Justin and I headed to the mall to find some deals (he is a great shopping buddy). Then we trekked (risked our lives) back home, and caught up some more over dinner.

Vera Rug etc.
Another great gift I recieved was my KitchenAid Mixer, I have already used it twice and I am excited to make some bread with it later on this week!

This past Christmas, Ryan's mom gave me a Vera rug for our guest bedroom. It matches perfectly with the color scheme we have going on. I told her I would post some pictures of it so here it is!

We are set up and back in action. Our internet was down for about 2 weeks. 1 of which I was out of town for so it only affected me for a week. But still a pain, I guess I never realized how much time I spent/ spend surfing the web. Here is a recap of our holiday season in picutres:
These are backwards so starting at the end:
Finishing the holiday season with a bang. Kareoke anyone?
Needing drinks after the movie Marley & Me. Our eyes are a little puffy :)
Same with mom....
Catching up with the girls at Em's. Mary was able to stay longer yay, and we were able to visit with Miss Neely.
